What are three things that make you a better citizen? 

Love the video, let me share a quick transcript I made: THE THREE THINGS AN INDIVIDUAL SHOULD ULTIMATELY DO EVERYDAY TO BE A GOOD CONTRIBUTING MEMBER OF SOCIETY: 1. HEALTH - Physical: Diet Exercise routine - Mental: What type of content are you consuming? (social media, books...) 2. DISCIPLINE - Voluntary adversity: things that you force yourself to do to make yourself stronger (difficult things such as: cold plunges, sauna, yoga, exercise...) 3. PASSION - You need things that you do that you love. When you find those things, and get better at them, they become a vehicle for developing your human potential. Bonus 4th thing that I wish to add: 4. RELATIONSHIPS - Develop and maintain relationships with the people who are close to you (family members, friends, neighbors, colleagues...)

It's so refreshing when ppl start talkin about the importance of mental health. Thank you! Veterans who risked their life protecting us, come home to a place that fills them with dread when they suffer from PTSD and similar issues and cannot truly be there for their families. I just wanna add from my xp: to anyone who's ever been a victim of bullying / hate / violence because of their appearance, gender, orientation, race : DO NOT ever let a hateful notion 'there's something wrong with me' sink in. Trust me, it's a recipe for self hatred and compulsive anxieties later on. When we suffer and we need a break, it's only natural to think: maybe if I wasn't 'different', if I was 'normal' I would be accepted. No, haters will always find something else to prey upon. I've always had androgynous look, which was a fuel for bullies when I was growing up. I embraced it, used it to my advantage in my acting / modeling career, I was almost the face of Leon in these new Resident Evil games :)

It's so nice to see you put health first. Most people would say work- utility for the rest of the people, but I love how you said health first, mental *and* physical. Preach!

You should also never settle for just good enough, always strive to do more in whatever it is your applying yourself at, whether it be at school, at work, in the gym, in your relationships, or even just at your hobbies. There is always another level you can reach but you won’t know it’s there if you don’t push yourself to get there.

To make more rational decisions, understanding our emotions, thinking critically, and staying informed are essential.

I like to live dangerously. High speed as possible. I feel that if im happy that I can be the best person I can be and therefore treat everyone as if they are my brother or sister.

I mean, sure all those things make you a better person but there has to be some component of respecting other Americans and giving back to the country that takes care of you to contribute. You can do all those things and hate America, which is were half the country is right now.

As inspirational as that is, you should be working every day to establish and further your career. So that you do not become a burden on society.

It seems like finding something that you love, and doing that thing is a luxury. So what about those who are poor, starting from zero? You put that in a separate category from intentional adversity, which makes so much sense, but what about those who cannot really invest time in what they love, and they have to do 95% of the suck, to provide for themselves and or their families? It seems there is a symbiotic relationship with have something that is more naturally motivating being part of your routine which could potentially motivate you to do the suck, which is why I guess you said FIND something you love and do it. But it seems that there are many young people who just do not break through the needed discipline and just get sucked in to the dopamine fix of sm scrolling and then they waste time, maybe add a strong focus on really removing the worthless stuff/distractions that eat up our time and take away from focus
