I know there have been times when Biden should not have turned around and gone back to answer a question but I think this was pure gold. That's exactly the answer he wanted to give. Absolutely loved it.
That was actually brilliant. Him stopping says, I hear you, him not responding says your question wasn't worth answering. His smile says you are the joke.
When he stopped he was actually showing how powerful he was and the slight crease to a 25° angle of his chin showing and his left eyebrow slightly going down it's simply an act of his powerful power raining down onto the meek reporter. When he twitches his left hand that's his way of showing that he is in control of the situation and the room. When he moves his left foot after 1.2 seconds this is obvious that he was showing his confidence and Everybody knows that the person that really should be laughing is Joe Biden. It's dementia. He can be told 100 times not to stop and just continue walking. But with dementia, in that moment, he can only react to the person shouting a question at him. No short-term memory to remember the instructions, only reaction to immediate stimulus.

It's too much stress and i think he knows enough about politics that he wants to stay out of it for numerous reasons from safety to the intricate complexities to economics and international trade/war. Not to mention how much everyone's fate is interwoven, and its a stick together or sink together type thing that the entire country is in turn tied to with it's fate. the country being a massive unstoppable mob, and the politicians being a few representatives raised up to lead the mob. its pretty difficult. But he has the wit and the charisma that both sides would have enough voters to love and vote for him, and he could make a brilliant figure head for the country and rational person for diplomacy while the senate does what it does for the country.

@dhekwucieoejduf you are delusional... the whole mess started when Trump was in office and every business could do what they wanted because Trump didn't control COVID from the very beginning... then it got so bad everything was shut down... so production slowed and supply was depleted with not enough people actually working... yet everyone still needed every day products 😢 so supply and demand raised the prices... and hoarding became a real issue... use your common sense if you have any... and if not use your history you Tube and watch how Trump basically did nothing except play golf and hold rallies and new presses where he thought injecting bleach or inserting light into bodies to help combat COVID... smdh...
