In todays video, the 6290 umbilical tractor is getting stripped! The piping system is coming off and the drill is going on! Aiming to reduce compaction with the big wheels and take advantage of the FJDynamics autosteer system.

There is usually gubber tines on that drill directly behind the tractor wheels to loosen up the ground again after the tractor has driven over it. I never sow without them and alway use the smallest and lightest tractor I own.

Nothing wrong with a accord drill there was lots of the bigger twin hopper ones around Wicklow in the early 80s. The 20 foot size was popular because you could tramline for a 40 foot sprayer by having 2 pipes blocked off with out needing a electric kit.

Utilizing what you have is great with this tractor!! You need a trash bag for your garbage in the tractor during planting.lol BFH to pound those pins out of the roller will work with some penetrating oil spray. Thankyou farmer Phil and father Phil for sharing so much different farming then we do in the USA! Your tractor power ratio to equipment size is so much different then here. Your tractors over there are so over power for the equipment as here. And can't wait to see the calves new home outside soon. Thankyou for the cancer help. Did you say Mayo?

That's why I don't care for some of the massey stuff I want everything stand alone on its own spools. I saw a brand new massey and he couldn't operate his baler and his loader at the same time and the loader was letting down in the field. He would stop switch it over lift it up switch it back . I just reach up and pull the loader handle and up she goes. We have three spools stand alone on the back and loader stand alone on the front with secondary on the loader for a grapple.

That's all down to the way they piped the tractor and loader, not a Massey fault! Loaders should be live all the time and not affect spools!

@@keithk1246 exactly 💯 these were new tractors and had been setup that way and the one with electronic spool valves was not able to run both the way it was setup from the factory
