@@saphricpcgaming5182 It is obviously and objectively better to be in shape. The health benefits are well known, there's no debate on that one. But that doesn't mean people who are not in shape are worthless or don't have any self worth. Just because being fit and healthy is better than being fat and out of shape doesn't mean those who are fat and out of shape don't have value. But it's literally just a statement of fact that being healthy is better than being unhealthy. In a perfect world, obesity and overweight problems wouldn't exist, because they're objectively not a good thing. Wubby has lost a lot of weight and has clearly worked hard to get himself in shape. He deserves to be commended and complimented on that, as it's not easy to do. Anyone who is able to successfully live a healthy lifestyle and works hard to maintain their physical form deserves to be commended for it. If it were easy, everyone would do it.
