Why are these videos not viral!???? Guess people are dumb to not seek help!! Richard’s video has helped me land every job interview till date!! His videos transforms you into most likely to be hired candidate!! I am boggled by how simple easy and fit any scenario answers these are. In most cases I didn’t even have to customize to suit my requirement s just worked verbatim 🙏👏👏👏👏 kudos to you sir, I hope you reach great heights 🙏
I have 3 goals 2 achve in my carrier. The first goal is to get hired with ur company and become a productive, trustworthy and reliable😮. The second goal is to regularly undertake training courses that diversify my skills and empower me to become an expert in my area of specialism. And finally my third goal is to eventually get promotion within your company to a higher level.
Personally I don’t say promotion because unfortunately I’ve worked in some areas where people instead see you as a threat and that doesn’t help . They think you will want to take their jobs
You don’t have to also mimic his expressions, hope you know that!! Also, I’m sure your expressions are worthy of applause 😂 It boggles my mind, that people find faults with someone trying to help!!
Frankly speaking I don't know who you are; I watch your videos only to improve my English; but I must say it: you are a force 9f Nature. By the way, we have the same haircut.
@@CareerVidz instagram comments are so mean like a video of someone dancing would have comments that are rlly rude but a video of someone dancing on RU-vid would get comments like "thats so amazing keep on going" x

But just a question, two of these 3 goals are very specific to the company and shouldn’t we keep career goals independent from any particular company ?
I have some great videos for helping with interview confidence that I feel will really help you here: 1. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lKCTS9dY4h4.html 2. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7_aAicmPB3A.html Please would you SUBSCRIBE to my channel? You will definitely get hired using this technique. The problem is he's promising the moon on a stick and you will have to work really really hard because what you have promised is everything to the maximum degree.
@@CareerVidz too rehearsed, loud, inauthentic. If I’m hiring someone, I’m not looking for the, “right,” answers. I’m looking for authenticity. This is for more corporate, black n white jobs. But I appreciate the skit
@@durgaprasadmaddala3727I’m not him but in general some interviewers may see that as a lack of commitment. You’re telling them your employment is temporary before you even get hired. I’d be interested to see what he says if he responds to you. That’s just my dumb opinion
@@CareerVidz i love you man, no i work as legal specalist in the same company for almost 2.5 years soon i'll have my law license, they gave me tasks from all company departments now i work on executive level discussing business affairs with company owner, i reached such height i can make it happen so any employee causing problems can get fired in a way it'll look like it is their fault so they don't get end of service payment it is just seamless 👌
I feel like majority would speak something like that on every job interview and employer or whoever is doing those interviews are so fed up with lines like that.
We become so slave in those days 😢, you can't tell the truth, you need to lie on an interview only to mayke them to feel in power ,but also the employee they tell you everything in youre fave also you are not allowed to do so ....what an ugly world we live in
I have three goals I want to achieve in my career ---- 1 - to get hired with your company and became a productive trustworthy and reliable employee 2- to regularly undertake training courses that diversify my skills and empower me to become an expert in my area of specialism. 3 to eventually gain promotion within your company to a higher level.❤🎉
My ADHD appreciates the exaggerated enunciation for the sake of understanding what is being said, but this is definitely an example of “do as I say, not as I do”.
Crafting the answers in a way that recruiters want to hear might work; however, some of these examples seem a bit unnatural to me. That's why I asked if this is real. To me, it is also important that they know who I really am, and I also want to know if the company is a good place to work.
Dear Richard. Been watching your videos for a while now. They are very good in content of what to speak and what not to speak. But the answers in most cases are always identical it is almost like tou are studying a formula that the HR would want to hear from you. It sometimes looks too artificial and superficial. This is the case everywhere. The standard answers to the very standard questions. And where is the individuality and the candidates unique answers to these questions? How can we standout from these set of standard answers?
Your career goal cannot be joining the company you are being interviewed for, unless you are emotionally connected to the employer brand. Just my 2 cents!
