That’s because a lot of girls that listens and watches K-pop/kdrama equate attractive Asian = Korean. Then there’s a Chinese, where the media loves to portray dog eating, bat eating, Covid carrier, CCP people looking, making the Chinese look old and disgusting (where’s obviously it’s not true, and only a smal part of China usually the old men, equivalent to a redneck here in America, that keeps doing that. The same could also be said for Korea where they eat dogs. That’s pretty much the big reason.
