A few weeks ago I went on an ayahuasca plant medicine retreat with Spring Washam and the Lotus Vine Journeys in Peru. This video talks about some of what I learned in Peru, especially about being a better man.

So interesting. I as a depressed person had to find that balance the hard way. I do yoga and meditation to stay in middle.
