Speed tuning really is only good on paper. In actuality, there are a lot of things that can ruin it. So I just slap speed as high as I can without sacrificing much of the other stats my characters need
Speedtuning to within a single SPD between your characters is hell, both for reaching it and trying to not fck it up from external factors. I spent a good 2 months speedtuning DHIL's team, only to get a piece on him that's way too good to pass up, causing me to pretty much sacrifice all my effort. Never did it again since. The only speedtune I did since then was make the character faster or slower than the dps, and reach 134+ speed if possible.
just play fuxuan/gepard/fire mc and you dont have to worry, speed tuning can get messed up but it's not that big of an issue and it's better to do than not do, in some cases like with bronya it makes a massive difference

thing is his last quote (combine with mei and she reach 100% true dmg). yeah...with mei you get 25% all type res (lvl 10 talent) and most ele type res last time i check on wiki are 20% so she shred the rest for black swan already (expect bronya, cocolia, yanqing the trio hell with 40% ice res)
It is but almost no one farmed that set and the glamoth is just barely worse, me however i have more than 120 effect hitrate so the the 10 extra wouldnt do much but the 25 atk would be really good.
i personally think it's best not to run any sustain with BS. Especially if everyone can reach above 134 spd and have Ruan Mei. I kill enemies with half HP, no need to heal if you can kill before you die. I think she's so versatile, but for now i run 2 dots with BS and RUan Mei, and i try to cover element type.

To be fair, 2.0 gives a shit ton of rewards so you can probably save up to 30 pulls again by the end of 2.0 and 2.1 should probably also give a decent amount. What I’m saying is by the time Acheron banner is about to end you should have enough jades to 50/50 it.

Hello from the future, the Algorithm gods have sent me here, they knew I was planning for pulling Black Swan on the reruns in the future (If it does happen, who knows) and I find it amusing that back then, we used to freak out over 200k damage when now the norm is like 250k+ or bricked.
16:40 at Luocha and Houhou.. ur mistaken.. quite huge.. you keep saying you need more skill points but in theory you will never need to spam Black Swan's skill.. you literally don't need too. her basic attacks can apply Arcana. and at most you will reach the average stacks of arcana.. cuz it's pretty much impossible to always reach 50 stacks like a mad lad. HuoHuo speedsthis up since her ultimate is also very good. but I would still use Luocha cuz I play on auto.. HuoHuo in Auto is trash.
It doesnt really help her that much. Sampo LC provides EHR to help with the 120% requirement and more DoT damage compared to Luka LC that only gives -DEF
It's solid. If you have 100+ EHR it's 3 substats of EHR better than Space Sealing Station. However, it is highly inefficient to farm since the other set is trash, so you probably want to stick to SSS or Glamoth (135+ speed) unless you're desperate for more EHR.

Do you think Dr Ratio is good with her as well? Or is kafka, black swan, supp/healer and 4 star dot character only usable? (Dr ratio instead of 4 star dot char)
In general you want a DoT character with her. Not burst or follow-up. But that's only if you want full on optimization. Technically speaking, when people talk about building teams for characters, they talk as thou they are the main dps, which Black Swan is for her teams. But realistically, if you want her with Ratio, he would be the main dps. And since his kit should work decently with any de-buffer or DoT character, than they should work well enough together. So yes, they should work. You should just make sure to build the team around Ratio, and not Black Swan.
