Its only blowing $120k if hes having you redo the whole car. It just needs a bunch of TLC to have it proper. If hes redoing it might as well just start with another original car.. seems like it would make the most sense unless it has sentimental value.

I use to work in a decent yet one of 3 top restoration shops in the us most the guys there were great... the owners tho, and the fact that they would keep a pos employee who isn't the best body guy and who also bullies everyone even his own boss... not only that I was homeless most the time and they would never give out raises or help me in any way. I could only put up with it for 9 months. I miss working on cars and hope one day a shop will hire me again because I found out just how great I can be in the body shop.

$120k for that quality is straight robbery. Unbelievable. Definitely levels to this no doubt.

car dont need 120k to fix when the car actually looks nice maybe 25k in repairs 35k max but the car is legit

An expert like this picking a car apart is bearable and understandable, it’s when I pull up to a gas station or a parking lot and it’s a person who only owns a ‘03 Accord and they’re picking away at my car. They want to tell me how my molding is cracked on my ‘69 Nova or how my dash has a crack in my Buick Regal lol.

It’s going to cost him 300k to fix all that .

It has 6 ,12 inch jl w6or 7s so yeah that trunk is beat out lol. That facing up is too much, shouldve done a blow through and not put the bass on that decklid. I do love the jl w7s though

I have a 75 rag lowrider with big sounds , 4 year old paint and cracks like this one and it never dawned on me that the subs caused the damage. I assumed it was due to bumpy roads with the modified suspension. So what you’re saying these cracks are common with big stereos?

I never want to knock another mans business, but the car is in shambles and needs some work to be super straight and show worthy. but it doesn't need a frame off for that...Now if the customer ask for a frame off, I can see that. But if it was told, it needed one to be nice, that's cap.I personally feel that all his prices are ridiculously high and are geared towards guys who have crazy cash to blow.Again its no disrespect to i95, but a lot of these cars can be built for less bread.

Obviously my man who was calculating the numbers never did a car ...he said paint 15k Paint 25k to 30 k If done right replacement of trunk pans floor pans man it's a lot that comes to paint...not including lights bumpers parts you can't get because there discontinued rubber seals ...he said 10k on wheels 20k for rose gold 26 or 28 with steering wheel 12in wide custom interior 20k Sound 10k Coilovver and springs front end rear end rebuilt with wildwood discontinued 20k Motor and transmission 60k these motors have to go to the machine shop and be built with stroker parts I have 10k in just rods and crank come on man let's go not talking about the transmission with rear end man I can go on 120k is light ...stop playing my 69 charger is frame off rotisserie every bolt 🔩 new man we talk 200k light
