And this is the reason why I got rid of my Forrester. After my Forrester hit 120,000 miles all hell broke loose. I had my Forrester at the dealership for one month and they could not track down the problem and this was after I had spent about $6000 total on random issues.
don't think you can find oil leaks via testing it with smoker.. usually used for detecting evap/boost leaks.. i know, it's an old vid. that pcv line is a common failure for fa20 apparently.
thats mean the oil catch can are not working correctly , the oil are return in the intake manifold , try to change with iag aos street or comp they will help you out this issue
@@TheHumanCarJack I can tell you with my personal experience and 8F for us is very normal. I was worried at first when it went -10 and bellow but I just let the car run for like 30 mins just to make sure that it was at good operating temps.
