Been waiting for this video, I love food reviews and yes, I love Thai coffee and tea as well. In my younger years, I would climb coconut trees to drink warm coconut, Lol, nowadays its all over the place served cold. That pink in the banana rice is the actual banana, sometimes they turn pink, light gray, or light purple and some other colors, it depends on how it's cooked. Wow not bad for ten bucks, how awesome 👍. I like your Ferrari ,lol. Stay safe! 🐢
The pinkish thing inside of banana sticky rice is a kind of local Thai banana, in Thailand there are many hundred kinds of banana, this banana are smaller but better taste than normal banana you alway found in Canada or America, you may find this kind of banana in Asia mart in your country. The last snack you ate with coffe(not brownie) it is tiny curry puff, I guest it stuffed with fish meat those called in Thai "Pansib" or "Panklib".
Banana with rice and coconut. The little bit of pink it actually a banana. Little bit raw. Little bit ripe. Will get this color if you steam it. It my favourite dessert too. But to be honest it pretty rare to get fresh hot one. It tasted very good if it hot.
