I got my curl brush for 4 follars at marshalls. They also have really good hair products for curly and wavey hair (at least my local one)@javonnawhitneyvlogs

So I would stick to the hairbrushes that are unable to build up thick layers of mold. Although it is up to you, if you want to use a moldy brush, that’s your choice 👍.
You can 100% still do that today. Just don't go to Ulta. Literally go to the dollar store or Walmart. There's many many items there that cost like 1 dollar or less......
@@29999yearsago i think something like Five Below or Marshall’s would be better than dollar tree bc if everything is $1 there’s no challenge. (and no reward with possibly finding a budget friendly item that works for you that you’d never thought about trying. cause lbr dollar store makeup is at best the flop releases from maybelline that they couldnt get anyone else to buy their unsold stock, at worst toxic ingredients or expired products) but if the items are $1-5 each that would be more like the spirit of the original challenge, where you couldn’t necessarily get every item you wanted and had to prioritize what to get and get multiple uses from one product. sorry for the whole essay in your replies i just cannot un-experience the traffic cone orange cover girl foundation i thought was a great deal at dollar tree when i was 14 🤣
Girl math is finding out Ross and Marshall’s sell wet brushes for 5 bucks rather than 15 then returning that 15 dollar brush to buy a 5 dollar one and basically making 10 dollars 😊
