As we are about to enter summer, many summer fruits, vegetables and greens are visible everywhere. Therefore, those with kidney disease ask us what else they can consume in addition to these fruits, vegetables, greens and legumes. I tried to answer these questions with this video. Specific to the summer period, a revision was made in the consumption of tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, onions, green onions and garlic. Consumption conditions for cucumber, arugula, parsley, green onion, peas, black-eyed peas and broad beans have been relaxed. Cherry was added to the fruit. It was recommended to start with rose tea. Homemade lemonade was added to the drinks. Menemen, stuffed vine leaves with olive oil and eggplant kebab were added to the foods to be eaten. It was explained which kidney-friendly products would be used in the production of these products.
