My friend had a bit of cleavage out like about what u showed at the start of the video and was asked to cover up..she had to get a t shirt and tbis was at the Dubai Mall where there were lots of tourists

I have been to Dubai 10 times. Tourists should respect it is a Muslim Country and dress appropriate is essential especially in public places like the Mall. Of course you can wear swimwear at the pool and water parks. There are decency police that do tell you if you are not dressed appropriate especially in the Mall. Short shorts, mini skirts bra top are not acceptable in public areas unless your hotel. Tourist areas you still need to be decent. No cycle shorts and a crop top etc. Floaty dresses, linen trousers, maxi dresses, knee length dress are good. You only have to long sleeves if visiting a Mosque. You can wear tight dresses in bars, hotels, clubs etc. But you don't want want to be mistaken for a prostitute/lady of the night. Don't ever be drunk in public outside of a hotel or night club. You run the risk of being arrested! Don't even think about walking the streets in shorts and swimwear . Beware of wearing vest tops in Mall because you can be asked to leave. Cover shoulders and knees in the Mall
