Hi I watching your videos for a while no❤ super helpful!!! I have one question about getting the CLIA WAVIER through quest, what type of account do I need to apply for? I currently have a employer solutions and a new client account. I noticed the testing modules for getting the certification for drug testing and etc. can you please help? Thank you
Hi! My apologies for the late response, just seeing this. So based on the services you want to offer will guide you to which department in Quest you want to reach out to. Please email us Alisha@tbfdiagnostic.com
I'm looking to be mobile here in Florida as a urine collector. How long is the process from beginning to end in the setup? This will be my 2nd business & I just want to be realistic on the application process
Hello! I am not familiar with Florida's process. Yet what I do know is to get certified is quick, maybe a week. You will need to contact form fox to get with them for form processing, and a lab specifically with drug testing
This is very informative, I'm looking into DOT drug testing. I'm currently getting all certifications through Quest. After receiving all certs, what do I need to complete afterward? Do you provide mentoring? I know knowledge is power, but your time is money. Thank you in advance.
Hi! You will need to find a lab to who deals directly with processing the specimens and partner with them. Include Form Fox for electronic chain of custody processing. I do not have time at the moment for mentoring. I do answer questions as much as I can
I'm in Texas and tried opening an account with Quest to send labs that will be drawn. They told me I needed a prescriptive doctor and to use their NPI to set everything up. I don't know where to look for one. Any suggestions or sites I can find a prescriptive doctor
you can be the lab director for a Clia Waiver. For moderate and complex labs, the lab director has to have specific schooling and years of working in a lab.
