It took me a while to figure out what was safe/dangerous when it came to products and techniques used to clean an aircraft. With all of the horror stories out there, I think we have it down.
This is a two part video. Part 1 will focus on the materials needed to clean your aircraft. Part 2 will provide tips/tricks and methods on how to get your plane as bight and shiny as possible!

What are the UV ratings for the poly-glide? I'm currently using a special formula made for my Agusta AW169 and it seems hold in the bugs, making it impossible to remove them. I usually have my detailer use a thinner synthetic wax with great UV +10 -15.0 ratings on my Cirrus and it seems to keep the bug residue to a minimum. You may have me sold on this product. Thank you! Keep up the great videos!

Can the poly glide be used on painted fabric?

Great question. Poly-glide is a great product and it is safe for pretty much any surface on an all metal aircraft, however I am not sure about putting it on painted fabric. I would strongly suggest reaching out to the manufacture, Arrow Magnolia. Here is there contact info: Arrow Magnolia International, Inc. 2646 Rodney Lane Dallas, TX 75229 Phone 972-247-7111 Phone 800-527-2101 Fax 972-484-2896 Email info@arrowmagnolia.com The product you would be asking them about would be: PP-5665 Poly-Glide Polish Note that I am not affiliated in any way with that company.
