@@blubblub8604 bro if things were so simplistic dont you think the russians would have been defeated already. You yet again miss on many many more factors. One of the reasons why the us military budget is bloated, yes bloated is because every is severely overpriced.

You can watch extensive reports on why the prices for american equipment are so f*cking bloated why russian ones arent (the equipments characteristics and its quality are identical) Its because these defence companies have taken control over the senate, over congress and over the presidency as institutions. I will give you an example of what I mean compare the javelin with the kornet Both are anti tank missile systems that are portable both are almost identical in their characteristics except that the russian missile carries a bigger warhead and has more range, the american one is lighter and has fire and forget system (still has its flaws. Lets look at their prices. A javelin costs from 216.000 to 240.000 dollars. A korent costs 26.000 dollars. Its simply ridiculously overpriced when it offers virtually no advantages. You could see that in the f22 program where the original plan was to make 750 jets in the end only making 190 os so. 200 million for a single jet with a capability that in the end of the day is not going to make the jet invincible is a price thats simply too high.
