Extremely creepy looking at this from Kohberger’s perspective. Those kids were sitting ducks. Reminds me of off-campus houses in my little college town in 1977. We felt relaxed and safe. What a shock for those kids.

Great look at the vantage points around the King Rd house which Kohberger circled till the lights went out. You can really see how easy it was for him to access the property from the parking area behind. I appreciate all your travelling and filming, Gray to bring us right to what the killer saw. I downloaded a 911 page PDF of the city planning and in it, there were maps of the "tunnels" They are only on the campus grounds and service those university buildings. They are not near 1122 Road. That cutout below Kaylee's window was an access panel to that sloped roof above Xana's bedroom and the living room to access electrical work, pipes, and insulation. Drip is milking the whole tunnel craze.

As many times as people have videotaped and described this residence I still have a hard time understanding this neighborhood. I’m definitely and always have been directionally challenged , but this video does help. Thank you

Agreed everybody thinks it would sound the same as a horror movie. Screaming their heads off and fighting back. But no.. bc they were asleep and or stunned. Think like a panic attack. Your body doesn't work right for a few seconds. And then after several hits" you're prob going to pass out. And even if you regain consciousness the hits are still coming and now you're losing blood. Still equally shocked and stunned but now also very weak. Maybe A scream maybe some grunts and other noises but not for long. Maybe the first ten seconds. Also watched a video of a cashier stabbing a fully aware and awake robber. He stabbed him seven times in Abt 5 secs. The robber said a few words and then doubled over. Not the fight you'd expect from a grown man whose in attack mode. And if cashier can stab somebody seven times in 5 seconds then 12 mins is PLENTY of time. Unfortunately 💔

The Press Conference immediately following the autopsies said everyone was believed to be sleeping when they were attacked, which would explain no screaming. It was not LE that said there were defensive wounds. That came from a family member who thought his daughter was the main target.

The white ‘door’ was part of the shower with the shower head still hanging on the plastic wall of the shower stall. The ‘door handle’ was the water adjustment knob. Ha ha ha. That was ridiculous. Thank you Gray Hughes.

The high school I attended had tunnels under the tennis courts that went under the street and connected to the college nearby. They were intended to be used as bomb shelters and had many supplies like blankets,cots and 1st aid. We used to sneak into the tunnels and smoke weed. Good times.

They should have NOT torn down this house until AFTER the trial. This isn't settling next to an elementary or middle school, it's a college...with young adults even learning about law and crime. They have many reasons as to why they should have preserved this for a jury trial. There's nothing like the real thing. All the diagrams in the world couldn't beat that.

I think it's important to these loops by the white Elantra that the Door Dash purchase is being kept secret. If it were a normal purchase made by Xana, then it would not be kept secret. It would be considered some of the descriptive timeline info that we do know, like the Grub Truck purchase by Maddie. Why is it a big deal though? Because the person that buys the food delivery is the one that has access to the delivery's status and progress. Bryan was parked across the street from the Jack and the Box for 9 minutes in Pullman, WA, before getting on the route to Moscow, ID. I feel like Bryan thought the delivery was going to go straight from the Jack And The Box to the 1122 household, but did not understand that Door Dash drivers routinely accept 5 or more orders to deliver at once. I think he intended to follow the delivery to make sure the driver made their presence, so he could have a possible patsy take the blame. Maybe he even put special instructions on the order for the driver to do something with the order, Either way, it would be the one that ordered it that would be able to check on the status. The driver drove to Moscow wit the order, but then started to drop off other orders first. This might be why Bryan drove around to the back of the buildings, waited, and then drove away to burn some time. He wanted to see the driver make the delivery and then confirm that the driver left, before he started. This is why he made the u-turn at Linda Ln to watch the conclusion of the delivery or who accepted and then drove around to begin. This idea would require the use of another phone, which I believe they found in his apartment, along with a few others (older phones). So. while his ,main phone was turned off, he was using another phone to check the status of the delivery. Because as soon as it was done, he went around to the back of 1122 and began his crime. This is one of the only reasons I can think of that explains all of the circling, the sudden 3 point return to get in place, and the secrecy of the purchase. Other ideas satisfy one or two of those, but not all three. The missing 13 minutes was likely him getting better dressed for travel, a better more thorough cleaning off (baby-wipes, bottled water, shampoo), and the disposal of anything except the bagged items. The bag probably got burned near Snake River, weighted and thrown in the river, or just thrown away in a dumpster or trash can far away from 1122. The knife was probably put back in its retail box, as he purposely left the sheath behind, and it needed to be kept from poking through any plastic bagging. It is probably buried in that state park that he visited with his phone off for 3 hours. I'm certain I could find it if I could get out there; one hour of walking from the parking area, 1 hour to dig and reminisce, and 1 hour walking back. He was probably even out there once before selecting the spot, so the phone records of the months before might yield something..

I've lived in many cities over the years (in many different countries), and I guarantee you that every city has some kind of tunnel system for utilities and services. Obviously these systems don't have doors that connect to private residence or fraternities though.

I was wondering about this.

You could see an Elantra in one of the first news clips at the scene behind the house on walenta.

This house was such a dreary looking house, dont know of ot the weather or the horrific circumstances but, it was not a cozy house.

This makes me wonder if he targeted them at all, or if it was the house. Maybe he was looking for a house just like this, with very easy access. And observed who was coming and going. I'm sure the police have pulled all that Linda Lane and 1112 footage from the entire days he was in Moscow - will be interesting to see if his car was spotted making that loop on those days.
