Coming out mid Feb, came during the championship last year, the weekend was busy , but shocked other days just walked straight on. Great I no longer have school children !
Hi lance! Were thinking of coming early february, do you think itll be as busy as mid term/end of february? Also do you think snow conditions will be good?
@@EyalSLA early February is generally less busy but it’s always hard to say in terms of snow. Snow is not Leah and huge dumps of snow can happen at any time so I would come when it suits you. But Barry mind that weekends are always busier, so try and have, at least two short trips if possible. It’s more to look forward to and it gets you more skiing and that’s always a good thing.
Can you say what month has best snow normally? We came 2023 and were very unlucky with the snow road being closed and would love to catch it this season!
@@cameron4994 every day in every season the weather is different so generalisations are always wrong. That said typically from mid February to the first week of March you can expect probably the best snowfall. But we have had huge snowfall in mid March in many years too. And we’ve also had a huge snowfall right to the beginning of January around the fifth or six of course this is going from memory rather than any particular scientific study.

Hi just need help with finding some were cheep to say at the end of January I usually stay at some were like the lion with my daughter I tured up last year the day I snowed in January any way this year its just 4 lads and them are on a tight Budget so if you could point us on the right road would be good

@@BeckyBowers23 this year I’m expecting just the weekend before the 3rd of March to be busy rather than the 4/5 or six. So coming out from the 4th of March is a better idea than coming out at the end of February. Of course all times are good, but I’m just thinking of it being relatively quieter.

@@yanig.6429 it’s an approximate date and is when many people don’t think it will be good (fewer large tours etc)… so fewer folks are in bansko. Hope that helps.
booked airbnb for christmas, wanna scout the area in preparation for buying property there hopefully next year. Any idea which bank is good in Bansko to open a bank account as a non resident? Need bank account to transfer money to buy and pay for bills that come with a property until I can become a resident.....thanks for the update :)
FiBank is convenient if your property is in the gondola lift area. Useful that they have an ATM at gondola lift, outside the Kempinsky hotel and outside Four Points Hotel.
