Ebonyi is known for several water borne diseases. You will expect a serious government to invest in pipe borne water. It should be priority number one.
Maintaince had always be a big problem with African development I made the comment 2016 while umahi is building roads in ebonyi state Out here while they are constructing they train people who will be producing and fixing or repairing the damaged parts But in nigeria who cares
Uburu is a very welcoming place, sincerely speaking maintenance is another aspect of an institution like this, when the governor handed the place over to federal government I knew it that it will not be properly manage, umahi did a lot in ebonyi state those that are calling his projects a white elephant projects i don't know what they could have done better than him.

Governor of my state, Enugu state has done absolutely nothing for us since he took office. It just sad what Enugu state has become. It a skeleton of its old self. Congratulations to the governor of Ebonyi State. If only the southeast governors will do same, I don’t think our people will be running to north or south states.

Paying for peeing is the least of the issues.. thi massive problems everywhere, most of them not working... Gov. is carried away with this n doing eye service basically; i was told the indigenes are amongst the poorest..they can't even afford food n transport money; so he shudav built factories, agricbusiness so the ppl n the city will grow organically.. visitors are happy when they come to the city because it is seemingly developed but to the indigenes 90% of them living in bondage. sad!

My brother , I have been hammering on this issue about Gov. Dave Umahi's misplaced priority and ego trip. A lot of the projects executed by this man was simply to prove to people that Ndi Ebonyi are not "inferior" to anybody , especially Ndi Anambra but that where he lost his direction because Anambra has different dynamic from Ebonyi. I was shouted down and accused of being a "hater." This senseless governor ignored the most pressing issue in his state to chase shadows, human capital development. I expected Dave Umahi to invest in technical colleges and SMSEs and rev up the human capital but because of sentiments and low self esteem he abandoned the most critical areas to invest in signature projects like that senseless mall that has no input in the peoples quality of life. Now , after the fun fare has settled reality has kicked in and the mall is empty and will not be filled for many years to come because Ndi Ebonyi state doesnt have a need to shop in a mall. Dave built beautiful projects that impoverished his people.

You are absolutely right 👏. Someone paid just ordinary #50 to pee and he’s complaining. What about onitsha that the road is not good and still if you pass there with your commercial vehicle the Taxforce will hold you to bring out the receipt you used to pay money into soludo account even after telling them that you’re not based in onitsha. And this issue is not only affecting onitsha but Igbo state as a whole. Those that went to onitsha from western and northern states were all complaining bitterly.
