What did Alice do to Boris in BATIM Chapter 4? (Bendy & the Ink Machine Theories) 

The idea that Henry unknowingly brought Alice the things she needed to turn Boris into an abomination is bone-chilling.

I think what's somewhat glossed over and even misinterpreted are the X's where Boris' eyes should be. It's a common trope in some cartoons to draw X's in place of eyes when a character is either knocked out cold or worse: dead. Brute Boris' eyes are pretty much an obvious giveaway that character is almost dead. He only really moving because of whatever depraved and macabre means Alice took to reanimate him.

Actually, it's still his body, but she basically stuffed it with objects and ink to make it massive and bulky, however, his body is constantly rejecting the items thrown and stabbed into him, hence why she needs to bind it together so much, in order to have it hold, but as u see in the fight, he is highly unstable. when you break Sammy's bendy mask, you can see he looks a lot like a lost one. when he is "killed" by bendy, he becomes a searcher. perhaps the lost ones are sacrificed to become searchers?

I think that the thing around Boris’ head is something to keep his head on the body, like the introduction cutscene for FrankenBoris, where his head leaned forward and seemed to almost fall off and when FrankenBoris moved, it continuously bopped to the left and right.

One thing I dont recall you mentioning, is that when we find the room of boris clones, she says "he made me do it", which could be referencing the time in the cage

I think that was still Boris’s body, just keep together with makeshift aid to his limbs broken in Alice’s ‘procedure’ and pumped full of thick ink keep him moving.

My wife came up with something on her 7th playthrough, the are looks alot like the arm in the RnD section of bendy land. When you have to throw cans to distract the butcher gang, the attraction arm hanging from the sealing is a right arm, and the arm in the river raft portion is a left arm. Maybe mutated or animated arm? Maybe experimentation with inanimate objects?

Well made as always, but I have a statement to add: maybe the reason why the evil boris has the body braces is because Susie kept messing up during her procedure and was unwilling to throw Boris's body away and just added support to broken parts of his body? Just pointing this out, there is a possibility that she was an almost perfect clone of alice at first, but something was off, she then set out to fix it but it only made matters worse because she was probably either doing the transplants wrong or used some demonic force to fix herself, but it didn't go right and made her look more human, messed up her mouth and face, and gave her a more real look instead of like boris where they look like mickey mouse did when he left the screen in the get a horse episode.

I knew from the get go of chapter 4, that Boris wasn't going to survive. But I didn't expect Alice to turn him into a.... mutant inky monster. That was crazy as heck!!!!!! Plus it's hard to tell if Joey planned all this from the start. (He really is insane.)

Hmmmm. What if someone like Bertrum came to an unfortunate end in an accident? Could it be his body? Very well done theory! The only thing I'm not sure about the mind control, I thought the "halo" was a neck brace to help keep his head on. But that doesn't explain why he listens to her commands, unless through the reanimation process there is a "master" (ie. Alice) that the recreated individual obeys? Something that Joey programmed into the system, perhaps? Because if he is creating cartoon creatures that may or may not be happy with their creation, it would probably be a good idea (in Joey's mind) to have a way to keep them in check.

Boris still has a memory of henry in a twitch. In second stage of Boris where he jumps. His first jump was to hit the door to the train or carts I'm guessing Boris suggesting for henry to escape.

Hey Super Horror Bro! I just subscribed about a week ago and I just wanted to say that I love your Bendy theories and your videos are awesome!

Interesting... but you got me thinking of another theory. I wonder if Joey even became an Ink creature, and we find that he didn't actually do anything aside from make the Ink Machine and be a general bad boss. A jerk, but not a psychopath. Ink Bendy was his creation and it was he who tortured Susie. He who calls the shots. He who sent the letter from Joey (or made Joey write it). He who had the dark rituals. Bendy IS a devil, after all. We may even find that the meek voice we hear IS Susie, the real Susie, while the mad voice we usually hear from Alice is the Ink itself. Susie's will wasn't strong enough to beat out the Ink, likely due to her deep despair. Thomas Connor and Alison Pendel, however, were able to take full control. Maybe they willingly became Ink creatures in order to survive, and that's the key to why they're still able to think and act for themselves. It would certainly subvert a lot of expectations and I think it would suit what we know so far, but I might need to review. I know we've been assuming Joey is the bad guy, but isn't it all... completely circumstantial? And/or we find that Henry is the true villain, has amnesia so he doesn't remember doing it (explaining, possibly, the images we see flash by in the first chapter- they are about Henry and what he did, not Joey) and that's why Alice hates him so much and why Bendy wants to kill him. Doesn't Alice say she knows who Henry is and what he "did"?

I think that Alice is trying to kill Henry because HE was the one who made Bendy himself, Boris AND Alice

I'm assuming that once Boris executed Henry, then Alice would've used Boris as a weapon to kill the ink demon (Joey) as well. I think Alice is one of those antagonists that forces others to do her dirty work for her, & the truth of the matter is she's weak.

1:24 We see the animation here, it's clearly meant to be Boris trying to wake Henry up. But it's like Boris can't get ahold of him. Like Boris isn't actually there. This is all in Henry's head. Animation flaw or design choice? Solid theory, or have I joined the ranks of Sammy in ramblings of the insane? I'll leave that for you and the other theorists to decide.
