My turbo doo has been down for 2 weeks because the dealer was too busy to look at it and the snow has been all time. so I thought we find ourselves a 165, after all we were supposed to have a 165 for this season originally.

I think the best part of watching you from the start has been, watching you add more sleds, do what it takes to continue to make us all content. To everyone asking how many sleds he has, who cares. He’s taking the money he makes from us watching and putting it back in his business. Let’s be honest the more sleds he has the better his content.

I doubt that these videos bring enough money to afford another new sled. RU-vid advertising isn't that profitable. He was stuck with two options: 1) stop making videos (and income) because all his rides are broken or 2) spend a lot of $$$ and buy another sled. Buying the sled was probably option that loses less money, but neither option makes money. A third option would be to rent a sled until one of the others gets repaired, and that's the option I would have chosen if I was in his position, but I'm not sure if that's even possible to do. It's telling of the market conditions that he could find both a used sled and a new sled for sale on short notice. Last year I don't think that would have been possible.

He was gonna get rid of the 154 anyway in a month so he will be taking a hit on it regardless. I’m one of his comments he said he will keep the 165 for next year. The 24 models won’t be any different so it’s all the same really only he will start the season next year with a 165 that’s not quite new.

Thanks! It’s pretty crazy the first year i did this I rode one sled for 66 days and never had a major breakdown. Wouldn’t be able to do what I’m doing without all of you and anything I make just goes back to sledding 🙌

@@MuskokaFreerider you mean it goes back to your business, and I was just thinking that, way back when you first start you had one sled that lasted the hole time. But you also came a long way with your riding and the places you go. Keep up the hard sleepless nights, it’s like you have a baby, we’re all your baby’s crying when we don’t get a daily video.

@Albertan Sledder Its a great sled. However, the drone noise on video is annoying. I'm just talking content wise, in my opinion, the boosts are just better.

@@jacobgray6336 the 9r is a tree demon and is much more responsive than the boost. Plus nobody keeps the stock can so that annoying drone noise won’t last for long

Funny hearing you talk about long track. The first snowmobile I bought was a 97 summit. Summits are long track machines. It's " long track" was 136 inches and it was 1.5 inch paddles. The next one was a 2001 summit with a 151 inch with 2 inch paddles and it seemed like I could go anywhere. Now a 154 is a short track. LOL.

We had our vintage sled meet this past Saturday in Pittsburg, NH, then the Parade of Lights on the lake. They had 760 sleds sign up for the parade of lights and it was insane to see so many sleds in this parade and some really decked out with LEDs. Then that was followed by fireworks. Such a fun day and all during a snow storm that dropped a foot of snow.

When I was guiding in Wyoming all our fleet speeds where brand new Polaris sleds and we had the same problem with spark plugs breaking and fouling out especially on the mountain sled and we changed them to the ngk lazer iridium plugs and it solved that issue with the breaking and fouling if you wanted to give that a shot also!

It's funny how these long machines can be the ultimate sled and a freakin' nightmare depending on the season, with overheating and what not. With the conditions in this video, looks pretty awesome! What I would love to see, given that you and your mates have so much skills, is a day on a Nytro/Apex 162 MTX - would be great to watch you sweat buckets digging them up :D

Jerry #??? Here. The new, go anywhere sled. VERY NIIICE !!! Silly question, maybe. How would a wide track do up there? I know it would likely be a nightmare on the side hill and not near as nimble in the trees or on the incline, probably do good on the alpine...and I may have answered my question but, your thoughts? 154 wide track. 1.5" lug.

Everyone I know rides a 165 of some sort. Course, I'm in Montana and all my buddys are corn fed bastards. I'm the runt at 6'2" 215lbs. Biggest guy at 6'8" 260lbs. I've never even seen a 146.
