That convo about having no drive, I felt that. A lot of people assume looking from out to in that hobbies into jobs is all fun but its a lot of work stress, and if you do it long enough you might end up just not wanting to do it, even hate the hobby.

Vendor picking through boxes has right viewpoint...don't chase the dream....enjoy the hobby for what it is and it isn't chasing a 9.8 grade.. .

When I am buying collections I prefer to give them cash but I will pay how ever they want since I am buying from them not going to let inventory walk away cause I don't want to use a app... Different story when I am selling, for local sales I only do cash, online sales I go through EBay or PayPal G/S. Have noticed its usually younger folks who want cashapp, zelle, venmo etc. Most folks 30 up want the straight cash. I know they are dodging that tax man. Reckon its not my business if I give them 1k cash report, don't report I don't care. I keep records for my end for taxes but I am not going to give some random person trouble for nothing. Another great video. Keep up the good work yall. Also if someone comes and says they only collect 9.8's I don't care as long as they are buying stuff I don't judge any collectors. Have ran across tons of people who only collect covers, video game, movie covers etc. I am a run collector but I don't judge any one I am a Dealer first collector second buy stuff is only thing that matters to me.

I am so envious of those of you who live in Florida. Up east I have not seen anything like this. It is one of the coolest way to sell books.

One advantage of cashless billing is you can avoid getting counterfeit money. There's counterfeit money being circulated around coming from Nashville. Be careful when receiving cash and always check if they're real or counterfeit!!!!!

Great sale event! i wish i was in Florida when you had one of your sales, I would drive up for sure. with those lower grade books and slabbing, i find that there is often very little difference between a raw and a graded book in those grades when looking to buy. So i don’t bother slabbing anymore. I also feel guilty locking up a comic, never to be read and enjoyed again. Love your great efforts to identify that AF15. The community needs more collectors like you.

You guys ever consider making a video going over the $$$ side of it all? Comparing house sales to convention setups, what margin you make on books / knowing when to make $1/bin books to $0.50/bin books? More of the behind the scene details and data?

Hey I would never tell you guys what's to do but you might want to make a separate video detailing the whole stolen comic book saga. I watch all of your videos so have kept track of the story but that's a really interesting story I think people would like to see. Glad you guys helped find it!

Hey, Spider-Man is back with a vengeance not everything goes down. Amazing fantasy 15. 5.0 just sold for $70,000 on Heritage auctions on Thursday.. and I am watching the death of Gwen Stacy right now which I have 9.8 I paid $3600 on eBay.. right now it’s at $6100 on Comic Link with eight days left. My amazing fantasy 15 is the nicest 6.0 I ever saw but I got that years ago for only $4000.. I have it on my phone it has no marvel chipping. It looks amazing.

Excellent packages for your customers, you two really are Florida's premiere comic book deal-makers. One suggestion: drop the trivia part of the footage (still run it during the sales of course), it looks like most people are too involved in looking through boxes and don't get involved.

CBCS will always let you know if a book is missing something. They will say it right under the title of the book. I have a 3.0 GI Joe 1 that looks like a 6.0. It has a detached centerfold.

Hi guys. I enjoy your videos. One thing I think might make them better/more appealing to new viewers would be maybe not having or making a large number of uploads from the same day of an event, sale, collection, etc. For example this series focused on your 2nd house sale has been 4 videos and over 90 minutes of content. Watching some of them without any kind of resolution left an unsatisfied feeling as they just sort of ended..., and while I am sure the trivia is very fun for the shoppers and creates a nice community feeling (and who doesn't love free stuff), it is one of the least interesting parts of this series and I feel could be shortened a lot in the edit to particularly interesting responses or something. I hope you take this comment in the spirit it is intended. Purely trying to be constructive and tell you that your videos are good, largely because of your personalities and chemistry and how passionate you are to talk to other collectors. The interactions discussing things with other people about anything really is quite enjoyable, whether you're learning, teaching, or just listening to them sharing their stories, it's your sociable and pleasant interactions that are fun to watch. I just genuinely feel like you can improve your videos by "trimming the fat" a little bit, and being more ruthless in the edit.

That guy is stupid to steal a book and try to sell on eBay and not even take it out of the case but I wonder if there is some way that guy can get jail time cause anything over $500 is a felony and you guys need to be careful how you deal with this,so the guy doesn't get away with this.
