@@andywright3450 that's the thing I dont have a bath only a shower 😭 I have been wanting a bath for ages now but not even any of my family own a bath. I'm so tempted to book myself into a hotel just to have a bath haha 😄
In my youth I used to travel the canals, and found them peaceful and very scenic. I must think about hiring a canal boat, after this. Forgotten all about the canals till you brought it up. Locks are only used, installed for differing water levels. This one clearly is a swing bridge type, turns into the side

@@TheCatwoman2005 Narrow boats are a little confined, must admit, but each to their own. The upside is the enjoyment of travelling around the countryside, which being of the country is in my blood.
@TheCatwoman2005 Nope, when I was younger, we played on the swing bridge and swimming there it's very old as it's been like that for years as my uncle told us when I was a kid that's over 45 years ago lol giving my age away as I was 11 then lol
