We were so sad to see Bighorn Cafe at the Laughlin River Lodge close. It had been our "go-to" breakfast spot pretty much every day we were visiting Laughlin. One thing their closing did do was force us to try restaurants that we hadn't been to in a while. We enjoyed our breakfast/brunch at Cafe Aquarius very much. The food and service were good. If you take advantage of one of their specials, the pricing is fair, as well. The regular menu pricing isn't anything close to the low prices that Bighorn offered. But, overall, I'd say they are in line with the other Laughlin restaurants.
