Hello Erika I have been an Appraiser for more than 20 years, seen the 2000-2006 Market, 2008- 2011 and the CARR Fire here in Redding Hope this video is GOOD hitting PLAY lol, tax records are often wrong here, even permitted additional don't always get updated with the City or County A list is the most accepted item a home owner can provide the Appraiser and So Few Owners ever do Nice Video James Pratt
