You really picked one comment out of the whole video and call it "widespread anti-arab" within Persian culture? The video is about Iranian names, there's a good chance that she was informing that her name didn't relate to Iranian root. And if she was anti-arab, she could and probably would have changed it by now. even so, it would be pro-Persian rather than Anti-Arab. as you can see, even some of the guys with purely Persian names would change their name to another name. There are certainly racist and even specificly anti-specific-race racists in Iran as well as all around the world. We have anti-arab racist people as well. But they're on the extreme minority and for some reasons. Mainly they mention the following: Islamic invasion to Iran by Rashidun Caliphate 632 Iraq invation to Iran. 1980-1988 And some influence from the current governemtn both religous and politically, specially against Saudi Arabia... which is a full topic, but for some reasons I won't go into specifics. It's just that, Non-racist people don't keep repeating "I'm not racist" but racist people usually act on it or express their opinion, thus we won't see tens of millions of non-racist Iranians, but see a few thousand racists. Eitherway, Racism in any form is condemned.
