What do you suppose we do, when the "business value" of external factor is more than the development of the product ? Sprint goals are getting effected by these external factors.

@@theagilerooms There’s a potential pilot opportunity where the customer wants changes to the product. It’s not a regular request. We do not have a separate team to handle it. Product centric team might need to jump on and work on such requests. Product manager still prioritises low for such features to be standard in sprint planning but comes up with requests for adhoc enablement for customers.
