I never realized the bending symbols and the symbols of the nations were different!

Man, those facts are so cool, I never realized there were other symbols until now.

Genuinely the first time i learned something new about ATLA from one of these did you know videos 🎉

I had no idea each of the different nations had 2 symbols! And i've never seen the symbol with all 4 nations at the same time! This is really cool!

I have seen both avatar series more than i am comfortable with. I never knew this.

Looks to me like the nation symbol is the element itself, and the bending symbol incorporates more of the bending lore, and swirls to indicatr bending. The moon and the ocean for water, a badger-mole's rear end for earth, etc...

I now want little tokens that come in one of those little velvet bags that have all those symbols on them. I would carry it around with me just so I could bust out some ATLA lore whenever I felt like it and leave a bunch of strangers confused. Autistic and loving it. ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
