Bwoy Carlos, this is a strategy by this man, he just say things to se4 if it sticks ,like Trump. He says Nuclear power plant, and his people will run with it, for instance "we are building infrastructure " not being specific on what is built, and it's the same thing his people are saying " he is building infrastructure " then you ask them, "like what" and the can't answer. He says the economy is doing well, and when they are suffering because them can't afford food, the will echo the same sentiment "the economy is doing well" and that's is , just a strategy, because as you said, he not even honor anything from the first 100 days promise
