I've been racing sailboats for fifty-five years on Lake Erie, last year at 79 I decided it was too dangerous. Took a state learn to ride motorcycle course, acquired my licenses, and bought an adventure bike. Like sailing, riding is just another type of freedom.
the important thing is to keep the spirit, I always pray that I will always be healthy, always happy, stay focused with positive thinking that is done every day
The best measure of someone, is whether or not you'd want to spend a day on a boat with them. That group is definitely a winner! And, Kinga, you are to be congratulated because during the time you were in control of the boat NOBODY DIED!

Another great video as usual. I was late to the party so had to binge watch the earlier stuff but now I am up to date. I keep thinking Kinga looks like someone and finally I remembered, Roxette from the 1980s; same haircut and similar moves.
Since I was a boy I have been sailing on sail boats including building a catamaran racing boat more recently in Phuket. But six years ago we moved inland to the NE. Then I started biking to explore Thailand, now after the covid era I have begun visiting our neighbours, most recently Laos and Vietnam, both very beautiful and I shall return. I do miss sailing for sure. Sailing is very different, for a start if you fall off you get wet, as compared to bikes where you can get seriously hurt, big big difference. I wonder how you felt about the sailing, also it is very relaxing, except of course when racing, both sports are fun and challenging in very different ways.
Had no idea you'd be coming to Florida! It looks like you passed by my area (Boynton Beach) en-route to Miami, wish I could have met you! Kinda surprised you came to Florida to be honest, it's not great for motorcycling... I really miss the roads where I used to live up in north Idaho. If your travels take you to that part of the country, I highly recommend riding around Coeur d' Alene lake, and there's a bunch of national park roads that I'm sure Chili would love! It's a beautiful country, stay safe and have fun in your journey!
@@onherbike Oh absolutely, even if the roads aren't terribly enticing for motorcycling, at least I can ride year round! There has been some strange weather here in the states the past few months, hopefully moving forward this year it won't affect your plans too much!
