3/11/21 JJ vax changed the trajectory of my entire life. Forced to retire self employment of 35 yrs, 10 yrs early. Wonderful active life before then autoimmune phenomenon symptoms starting days after. People like me are not rare and the desperation for help is immense. Thank you for your work, studies, trials and sharing what you have and are learning. Help can’t come soon enough for some of the ramifications are causing permanent damage. How can lay folk gain knowledge of what’s needed to stop the autoimmune attack when most doctors are oblivious?

At 11:40 this describes what I had for weeks since my Covid infection in October 2022. Severe lactic acidic build up just by taking a few steps. Had to walk very slowly and not a lot (problem when you have daily school runs). Although mine started the morning I tested positive (before any respiratory symptoms) I had rythmic spasms in both legs at 5am in bed. When I got out of bed my legs felt very heavy and half dead, like dragging concrete around. Which sounds like maybe something cut off my blood supply leading up to this?

@Medscape ... Long covid clinics in the UK are not fit for purpose, and GPs and the NHS don't know what to do once you finally get into a clinic. I'm an ex ICU Covid19 patient and the support has been dire..

Long COVID is just a new term for vaccine injury. Recent myocarditis studies have shown this to be more and more accurate.
