What do you do with radishes - turn them into chips? 

Radishes are that easy and quick to grow crop that keeps us hoping that one day we will work out what to do with them! I happened to find a dehydrated radish recipe in a preserving book (title and author below) and it made me wonder if they might be the healthy chip-like snack that might just change my life. Come with me while I learn whether radish chips will be the reason I plant yet another round of radishes in my garden.
