They have the car as it had caught on fire after only two weeks of a buy back on a car that was in their shop for a total of 6 weeks! Is this a lemon law??? Two cars in a matter of 6 months!!!

Ok so we’ve just recently acquired a 2019 Altima. The radio volume button doesn’t work, has a hard time accelerating, couple times I’ve had to push the start button more than once to start it up, the automatic brakes sometimes go off because it thinks there’s something in the way. Am I eligible for this lemon law stuff?

Hey i purchased the car at the Copart, the website says Run and drive, but I got the flood damaged car, and I claim for reverse, as soon as the car was delivered, they accept the request and a few hours later, they will not reverse the sale, and not gonna accpet return, Obviously this is fraud advertising and the car is completely water damaged, What should I do ?? any suggestion,? Do you know if this qualifies with lemon law?

We won our case and got made whole plus damages, plus got to keep the car bc of all that’s going on right now. My question is how do we claim it on our taxes? I know the amount paid for the vehicle is tax free but anything over that isn’t. Is there any tax forms that are sent to us??? Our attorney said we’d get nothing from him but maybe GM might send something?

my question is how long does this all take from start to finish, i have heard on average its almost 2 years from start to finish , pre covid 19. can you provide any details about time lines i think the viewers would like to know, when i was trying to do mine, the free consultation was great, they said i had a good case and would take it, but they wanted me to sign a retainer stating that if i sold the car or did anything to it while i have them retained it was a $2500 fee... of course they didnt tell me a time frame in which this process takes this was not with your company, thanks for the information
