Damn TK your soccer knowledge is on another level, u recall all the games as if u are reading a script in front of u. U r a good Sport presenter and u r living it.
This is the best episode ever for me, maybe because I'm also a football agent and take interest and passion in this industry... Keep up the good work guys
Bhuti TK thanks to you and the team. Mfethu we love football but kuningi esingakwazi about it and we think we understand then talk too much. Ill never forget the interview of Sibusiso Mahlangu. It changed how i thought i understood football.
I once had a player from Zimbabwe and linked up with Sipho...he told me to give him the player and step aside. That time I was trying to make a breakthrough as an agent.
I don't think Josiah was clear enough about who pays his tax - is it the player or himself?! For transparency sake, I think it is important for him to be clear about who pays his tax when he signing mandates with players, so there are no confusions and his clients don't feel cheated.
They really need to watch TV series Baller, they might Learn a thing or two about players management They are not only managing a player, they managing career, person, expectations , family members & etc Do they even do a Career planning for the player to map out the ideal route to be taken, which teams to move too & when? Conversations with the coaches & where a player should improve? Monitor player behaviours, especially when fame has gotten into their heads
TK great show as always but I feel like these conversations that go beyond 3 hours should come as two parts episodes and in that way you have us eagerly waiting on the 2nd part
@@tksolutionstvno TK stick to 3 hours this is very nice. These are conversations on many issues one can listen and pause continue some other time. Mina i drive trucks so this is so nice to me.
Hi TK my brother I love your channel, just a word of advise my brother, let your guest speak, refrain from interrupting them when you think you know what they might say, I love the channel
Is it true the agent get 3% as per fifa rule for representing a player, I heard that if a player is renewing the contract with his club the agent doesn't get the 3% only when signing for new team that the agent get the 3%
These are the guys who kill SA football. They represent coaches and players and this creates a conflict of interest because their coaches end up playing their players and that compromises quality.
But this happens in Europe as well. Morinho agent also has players under him. Go look at the late agent who represented CR7. He had a huge catalogue of players and managers. Nothing unusual.
@@siphiwejohnndlovana2858 You do find agents that manage both players and coaches in Europe. However, there is a difference in how they conduct business - they tend to be more honest, transparent, professional, understand the risk of interfering, and traditionally have sound integrity. They are unlike their SA counterparts who will stop at nothing for that extra buck.
