I refuse to spend at any business that is card only

What I find scary is that the 'fraud team' for various banks are managed in call centres based in countries like India, Pakistan, Mexico, South Africa etc. I was once the victim of having my card cloned and it was a lengthy process, but the morale of the situation is cash will always be a winner in these situations.
