I bought 12 of the 19X15watt Zoom Washes.... Have them working now for 2 years on approximately 40 Jobs in and outdoors and never had a problem.... Maybe i was just lucky

This is one of there best fixtures personally it’s one of the two lights that I would recommend from there site. If your. Small church or a school theatre program or a small to medium concert venue and just need a light to have color and zoom and to move I definitely recommend but if your a theatre that needs it to be silent or needs it as a key lights I would definitely look for other options

Its about value and speed for me. Our church spent somewhere between $15-20k on 12 chauvet pro rouge r1x washes roughly a year ago. We already had 1 go out and had to send it back for service. Its been out over a month, almost 2. Our youth room, which i have some say in, has a much smaller budget and i wanted to shop around for something comparable and found the shehds brand. 12 fairly comparable lights feature wise would be under $3k if ordered directly from them or about $4k if ordered on amazon with amazons 4 year warranty. We could save over $10k conservatively and use that money for other stuff. And with how cheap and readily available they are (we can have them in less than a week with prime shipping) even if one did completely fail or need repair i could just order a new one and have it before the next service. Then when the one comes in from repair id have a spare if anything happened in the future. Its a lot harder to do that with a $1-2k fixture than a $300 one.

They are 315 for a gobo lighting light right now due to Black Friday . Instead of 3k for one light it’s like 90% savings if you get the warranty it’s worth it . Only issue I had was a lost package by ups. I emailed them and they sent one in less than 2 days . I’d say it’s a good value ! Plus we saved on our church what could have been 30k to a fraction of the cost.

I guess I’m probably showing my age, but I suppose nobody remembers when Chauvet, Elation, and American DJ used to make absolute garbage as well. Instead of just shitting on this brand, maybe give them a few generations of fixtures to sort out their quality issues.

The difference here is that there ARE new brands that have come out in the past year or two that DO provide quality. So, compared head-to-head, Shehds isn't really trying to put out quality, they're trying to be the absolute cheapest, which is never a recipe for any level of quality.

Shehds is a Chinese factory and they’re never going to improve the quality of their products.

@@diavimusic4523 I currently have 2 of those Shehds 19x15 wash/beams in my rig, and they have been just as good and fast as the Chauvet pro fixtures that they are replicating. The build quality is on par with what the big manufacturers are doing. Everyone is building their fixtures in China in the same plants/concentration camps. Chauvet, Martin, ETC, Mega-Lite, Clay Paky, etc. all use Chinese labor to build their fixtures

My experience has been: The product is pretty good. I've had (1) out of (8) fixtures arrive dead out of the box. They took it back for a full refund no questions asked. What is lacking: good documentation and quick/coherent communication.

I was sent a bad laser out of four lights. Been back and forth with them for 3 weeks without a replacement. They want me to fix it myself and ship me a circuit board to install. Except they wont even ship that out. Such BS. I would stay away from them.

I personally own several Shehds fixtures of various types for 3 years and recently installed 18 of them for another church. I'm rough with these things, weekly setup and teardown, multiple events per week. They have been rock star fixtures. The downsides.. The LEDs are aligned on the chip for easy manufacturing, not light quality. This translates to slight color shift when mixing colors. Also the dimming curve is terrible. Orange at 5% brightness becomes red. This is the tradeoff. For theaters or broadcast use: avoid. For typical church and mobile DJs? Absolutely fantastic.

I've bought four SHEHDS lights. The two 19x15w zoom wash heads are phenomenal. Great value for the money. The two 80w spots I bought are just ok. They're only marginally brighter than the 12w Inno Pocket Scans they replaced. They do roughly what I expected and what I wanted, but my expectations were tempered by the price. I don't think you can do better for the price, but I also think you need to be aware that a big part of the price cut is quality control and customer service.

The led source is questionable from brands like scheds. Buy a couple of cheap led cans and you will struggle to make them look the same in color in brightness. Stick to “brand” names with there better supply chain and quality control

I was seriously considering buying some of these products, it now I’m hesitant. They are looking for US distributors that can actually repair the lights. So I thought there would be some support there. I guess it’s just advertising speak.

They have a couple warehouses here and a person who you can email/call. I ordered 10 lights and looms for them, 1 lights wasn't passing power through so we are getting it replaced, I think their warranty is a year. It's not the best quality and there might be 10% of lights that won't work as intended but they can be replaced, so a little risky for sure, but they work fine for me

Brother I’ve had great service with them ! Our church could of spent 30k plus on lights a mere fraction on the cost and they have worked going on 3 years

I bought 2x 19x15 led zoom movers… and all powerwires inside was loose, i got sent 3 wrong components before sending the led board, where i found that a wire was stuck in a screw… really bad (but cheap) products
