Hi Evelyn. This home was built by "Centre Living Homes" in Richardson (75082). This is walking distance to the new State Farm Insurance corporate HQ. At the intersection of 190 & 75 Central. Let me know if you're interested in the location and would like to see it. Email me at TommySellsDallas@gmail.com Thanks for watching ❤
Hi I’m new to Dallas looking to buy once my lease is up in May. I live near Cityline. Are any of these still available? If not these I’m looking for a new construction townhouse with low HAO fees. In a safe quiet neighborhood preferably an end unit? Are these the houses by Whole Foods and CVS? I believe I saw these one day in a car.
Hi Vegan Lady :-) This townhome is right by CVS/Whole Foods area. This community is called "Residences At Cityline" where the new State Farm Insurance HQ is located. This particular one is sold a few months ago. However, there's another one available and is about $200K cheaper as well. Here's a link to this new one: matrix.ntreis.net/Matrix/Public/Portal.aspx?p=DE-299522813-887&k=3661177X99KC&eml=dG9tbXlzZWxsc2RhbGxhc0BnbWFpbC5jb20= Call or send me an email when you're ready and I will be happy to help you find your dream house.
Gina do you think THAT close to what looks like a tenement being built will still be a desirable area? I like the home but the area looks heavily populated. Does that equal crime in Texas in your opinion?
Thanks Bella! This floor plan is really unique and beautiful. It is just a few blocks from Whole Foods and a bunch of restaurants and retail outlets. It's also within 1 mile from lots of national corporations, specifically State Farms Insurance. This entire area is built to accommodate State Farms and future growth. Stay safe and have a blessed weekend!
@@DallasHomesForSale Wow!!! Thank you so much for your blessings. Is good to read that. It will grow fast for sure. Enjoy your night. Stay safe. God bless you.
Nice town home. I wish to see more town homes in dallas surrounded by hi rise area. I some day hope to live in a Dallas urban town home. Thank you for video.
Now this Townhouse is everything except..no elevator. Now with a elevator this Townhouse would've been phenomenal. The gray and black tile in the upstairs bathroom room was hideous looking.
that gas range is total trash... I know I have one in my current home that I just bought a couple of months ago.700k? sure let me pull out the gold bars that I have in the glove box of my 2008 Kia Sedona minivan that I have been living in for the past 10 years to afford the down payment which a bank will decline me.
The view out of the majority of the windows was simply brick walls. I don't think they care about how the lack of sunlight and brightness affects our moods. Get use to hearing your neighbor's kids running around and screaming all hours of the night as well. This is not a path to happiness.
700 k for this walk in no entry way the huge island is nice but it takes over in the small space in the design it looks like it's in the living room which I have seen bedrooms bigger. It's a mazy layout. The stairs don't stand out no detail just wall. Not a fan at all for the price. Little space big price. There's nicer property's for that price.
