Gaylord Care Manager Debra Kaye RN, BSN, CCM, talks about her role as a care manager for former Gaylord patient Colleen K. Alexander. Every patient who comes to Gaylord as an inpatient is assigned a care manager who carefully crafts the next steps when a patient is ready for discharge.
