What does a Product Manager do? 

In well functioning product organizations, the most important job of a product manager is to drive the team to do two things:
1. Deliver a product that people love
2. Deliver a product that wins in the market
If both of these aren’t true, your product (and team) aren’t long for this world.
There is a bit more subtlety here that I expand in my video and will go deeper into in future posts! 🙂
