If you are really busy or don't want to deal with the headaches (Living trust) for example. TC is the great to go!

Hi Allyson, I have a vast and amazing experience in Mortgage , real estate and Title Industry. I have worked as a Concierge Member for a Mortgage company and as an Escrow Assistant with a Title company. I am right now becoming a junior processor, but I am interested to become or start working as a TC. Would you please recomend me where should I look for the Real Estate agents/Brokerage?

I am stuck with knowing what my tc does when I am on top of getting the docs and checking the check list to see what is missing. What am I paying for then when I am doing all the tc work is what I am wondering. if I have to be sending documents to sign instead of concentrating on getting more clients, then what is the point. I mean someone is getting paid for nothing. That is a big no, no.

I’m a licensed agent transitioning into a TC for other agents (need to scale back as an agent and work remotely due to a lifestyle change.) I’m all about working smarter, not harder! Does anyone recommend any of the software out there? Pros and cons? I already have Wise Agent so am going to start with that, but am curious if there is something that might be a better system.

Hi! Thank you for the informational video! I’m a new TC trying to get into this business. I have a quick question though! When doing paperwork for your agents do you always ask for access to their personal firms dashboards, zip forms, etc?

@@Anna-iq7ob Hi Anna! MLS systems have regulations for access, you may be able to get access as an assistant if needed. I would check in with the agent and the local MLS.
