I am almost 76. I just had a cancerous tumor removed. Luckily it was not invasive. When I went in for the original cystoscopy they didn't give me a damn thing and it hurt like hell. After words for about 3 days I felt like I was peeing razor blades and this was before the surgery. During surgery I was under General Anesthesia thank God. I was in the Hospital overnight with a catheter. Well, yanking out that catheter was not a pleasant sensation by any means and again I was peeing what felt like razor blades for the next 3 days. It got better over time but still peeing feels uncomfortable now on my 7th day of recovery. I forgot to mention that initially I was peeing blood and clots and it came on all of a sudden. I had no symptoms other then feeling really tired all the time. If you see blood in your urine, do not hesitate to get medical attention. Bladder cancer at its worth can leave you without a bladder or metastasize to other parts of your body.
I seem to always have trace amounts of blood in my urine and trace leukocytes. Doctors don't seem to be concerned but I'm wondering if I should push for further testing.
Oh gosh 😰 I'm really scared. Thank you for the information. I had a benign tumor on my kidney ten years ago and now they are going to do these tests to see if something is growing again. I'm really worried
i HAD LITHOTRYPSY IN 2017 & WAS TOLD THEY WOULD ELIMINATE 1 STONE. I JUST PASSED ANOTHER IN 2022. I HAD THE SCOPE IN 2000 & FOUND NOTHING & 20+ YEARS LATER STILL HAVE BLOOD IN MY URINE. THIS TIME I WENT TO A FEMALE MD & HAVING A CYTO PROCEDURE TOMORROW
My doc sometimes find blood in my urine under microscope. But I did a pelvic exam and kidney ultrasound and found that I have sponge kidneys.. awaiting a specialist
Last 2 times they checked me. I have trace of blood in my urine. First time the doctor sent culture's and dipstick. All came back negative. Yesterday blood n urine again. I've had 2 bladder treatments
Is bladder cancer common even if it doesnt run in the family? My mother has to go and do some of these tests in the next few weeks and its sort of scary.
I woke up and needed to go to the bathroom-as I started to pee-the pain I had made me double over-no stinging-just a different kind of pain...i wiped only the urethra and there was blood on the toilet paper. I looked in toilet 1st time-no blood-but even after peeing ,that pain remained-i went to the bathroom just to see if i could go again and because there wasn't much urine-i saw pink in toilet and also again when i wiped myself.my lower back hurts on both sides and i thought the back pain was from my L4-L5 spinal stenosis...its really late-and thought about going to the ER-but there probably wouldn't be a urologist on call-so i am gonna try to sleep-gonna drink water before i go to bed and see what happens when i wake up
Last night before going to bed, I urinated and noticed that the blood in my urine was very visible, so the next day, I called my doctor's office and she would like me to have a urine test first. Interestingly, I only had blood in the urine last night and did not notice it the next day and had kind of a "stinging" sensation while urinating. Not going to panic, but will see what the urine exam reveals.
@@alejandraorellana7810 Actually, the blood I had in my urine was a type of bacterial infection and my doctor told me that it was not serious and it would heal on its own, which it did.
is this all applicable to all conditions or specific conditions of hematuria like hematuria after running only and all other time its natural pale-colored urine ??????????????
@@karenishness1 Hi Karen, I had 2 Botox procedures. Both lasted about a year. I didn't have any other procedure done to my bladder. I'm going to be taking Solifenacin now prescribed from Urology. Thanks.
@@roido6614 I had two cystoscopies so I know the feeling. I heard that botox was dangerous. Luckily I was able to get off meds by a fruitarian diet, intermittent fasting, and distilled waters. Good luck and God bless.
I have tiny blood clots. But happened around my ovulation and days after my period. My period has been off for 3 days. And I am still clotting. (Tiny clots and not every time I pee). Is this normal? This happened before around my period. It doesn't hurt when I pee. My urine is a good color. Just want to be sure. Thank you for your time..
If your pee is good. You should be fine. You body just want to get rid of those unnecessary clots. I talk to my doctor about that bc I had the same issue. I would not be worry about it unless it doesn't clear for a long time.
Well my doctor said she found blood in my urine but it’s not showing up that I have a kidney stone or bladder infection so I wonder what could it be because I am also having pains on my right side of my stomach
So February 15th 2022 I came home to find blood in the urine and very visible. I did a urine and blood test and everything came back norma but blood was still therel. On February 22nd I went and saw my primary doctor and did another urine and no blood was present. My doctor sent the urine to the lab and it showed dehydration and sighs of kidney stones. Till now I have not seen any blood and I'm hoping it never comes back because it's very scary and nerve racking. Hope you all have a safe and wonderful life 🙏🙏🙏
I had to go on a fruitarian diet (Genesis 1:29) no coffee no tea, only herbal tea with no flavorings. And drink a gallon a day of distilled waters.. No problem in eleven years.
Went to er for 8 hr bc I had blood in my urine. They did ultrasound and did test my urine. All went back normal. So I still have red urine and having fever. They discharge me and did not have an answer why I have red urine.
Ive had it last sunday then it stopped for 2 days and then it was like pure blood, it didnt even look like urine anymore. My doctor checked it and nothing was wrong with my kidneys and my Bladder. I do workouts everyday and my mom thinks its because of that but i dont think so
I have the same thing, very large amounts of blood in urine, no pain, no blockage. Went to ER room, took CT scan, kidnesys okay, I have a swollen prostate.
I had to stop eating animal products, and coffeee and tea. Herbal tea with no flavorings OK. And no animal products.(Genesis 1:29). I drink a gallon of distilled waters each day and it has worked eleven years.
@@karenishness1 to be honest i eat alot animal food bcz i do like kind of bodybuilding and i eat over 3000 calories a day, and most meals are animal food.
Every year my physical shows blood in the urine. The specialized told me it might be thr line sometimes as a tear. She also suggested to do a Procedure at her on the office. I will ask about what you suggested. Thank you so much for the great information.
From a Holistic point of view, I don't think it is a good idea to stick a scope into anyones bladder, just like taking a biopsy, it spreads the problem out to the rest of the body.
This has happened 3 times. Lots of blood streets in urine. Only lasts 8 hours,then it dissapears. I do samples. They give antibiotics. I'm scared there's more going on. Fever,swollen glands,night sweats,off my food. Negative civic test.
