Best advice a Dad can give his children. I was able to buy my first property as a condo after turning 21 years old. Even though I bought at the worst time being 2007 it wasn’t easy but now in my late thirties it’s almost paid off. Don’t worry the condition if it’s a good location. Best of luck and if you ever need a realtor in south west Florida to answer anything lmk!

I just watched a vid. where he said don’t sell assets? Brian has always been super charismatic and had great timing though. Sometimes you have to know when to hold ‘em’ know when to fold ‘em. I hope in the process of teaching this kid how to make money and how to leverage his Fame that he also gets him a good education. Teach him about how the world works outside of just the economic realm. Maybe even getting tutored in a foreign language or two. Not everything is about just grinding to make money

You don't have to be a landlord. You hire a property manger. They collect rent, take a small percentage and send you a check every month. They take the calls, take care of move ins/outs, showings and everything else. They make investment property ownership easy.
