Amen!!! Wow I needed this for the friendships and reminders. We need Godly friends as well. It can be a lonely road at times but we have to stay strong! Also SO CONFIRMING! My husband is joining my channel too (ours) and we will be showing our love for each other for the glory of God and what He has done for us together and separately. We just had a meeting last night about it!

I have a married friend who thinks I have a silly view of marriage because I do NOT believe couples are supposed to constantly fight and gripe at each other. I have another single friend, who...I love her, but I'm not sure how she can factor in when God does send me a husband.

I love your channel... but not all marriages are happy. My husband beat me mentally and emotionally. I listened to my church family and wives.. and prayed hard, prayed over him while he slept. Worked on submitting, played my role.. and nothing changed.. so no woman should stay in a marriage that's not Godly..
Sadly the bible promotes abuse, expecially in the OT. When I read about forcing women the marry their rapist, forced abortion potion when a wife is suspected of cheating and calling her "unclean" as if shes a filthy rag on her monthly shows much abuse toward women. I was so stunned that I closed the bible and cried.

The goal is to be whole in your singleness and the way to do that is to draw closer to God. What I had said earlier to my friend is that I'm just going to keep allowing God to make me into a really Godly woman and I'm going to be the perfect wife to Christ. That means being ready for marriage before it's my time. And I just said that some people say that they couldn't relate this to them being single so I just wanted to say that you can. You can always start by setting the atmosphere in your own home while single so that you know how to do it when married.

I live in france and i follow you here on youtube i really love whats you do here. I am a single mum and i give my life to jesus 5 years ago i was used to fight with singleness but God lead me to give hom all and i find pinky promise and its help and i want to do the same here . I pray God willing frenchies too will be encouraged and be teached how to wait pray do minitries. I minister with children of my church and on my social media i encourage girls and women to love themselves in a godly way ... and i want be more used by our Lord Jesus . When you mentioned finding older women to look up to, that's exactly how i feel. I wish i had a godly older woman that i could trust and wouldn't judge me.
I believe the FOUNDATION of a GODLY WOMAN is the fear of God and the other details will follow by default; Prov 31:30 "...a woman that feareth the LORD..."

This blessed me, I actually felt like running the home was small even though I know if I stopped things would go crazy in my house I just felt like I wasn’t doing enough. This makes me feel more happy to be a Titus woman. I will work on creating a relationship where my home is blessed. Thank you, you were right on time with this

How about when you're the kid but your mom is not really being the Godly woman of the house? But you are more than she is, like you're more Discerning than she is and more like Godly than her. What should you do? Stay in your place as a kid or should you rise up and be the Titus woman of the house. Like I'm view as the crazy one in this family because I wake up from my sleep and start pleading the blood Jesus because I sense evil spirits when they're in the house and my mom she doesn't discern them so she doesn't understand and it's not just that for my little sister, she allow her to watch a TV-MA show because she believe it will teach her about life and I can't do anything about it because mom says it's okay.
My mom is not a sinner but some things she lacks and in some things I lack too. My mom is an honorable woman but sometimes I think she forgets how to be a Godly woman.
You keep praying for your mother’s maturity in Christ and that her salvation becomes real to her and how she lives her life. Pray that she has a biblical worldview and believe God hears you! Pray it and know God can do it
Then be the prayer warrior for your home. If you are discerning these spirits apparently the Lord is allowing you to see this so that you can be the watchmen although your mom is not discerning. I can relate to this.
As women we must be careful of what we say. I love this video. Great points but you can't talk about mothers who feed their children pizza daily not being a good thing & drinking soda just because your menu is different. Some people feed their children fast food every day... But their children are not hungry. Some women clean up their own homes & don't have maids. So there is no right or wrong way. Let's teach women to do whatever they do to the best of their ability. Disclaimer, Our children should not drink soda & eat pizza daily. As a mother I don't allow it. I just wanted to make a point.
This is so on time. I'm trying to do better. I'm not sure what else to do. I've been married for 12 years and 2 months. I feel like I need to do something more for us to grow together in God
I respectfully disagree. Not all singles are destined to be married, and personally, my life isn't about practicing how to be a wife. But we are ALL called to be women of God, so I can practice that.

I appreciated your message but the part that struck me the most is the protection and sanctification of your home with prayer. It seems to me that husbands and wives should constantly pray together for all things.
Heather, there have been many of your videos that I've liked, but this one's a bit disappointing. The title said, "What Does it Mean to be a Godly Woman" and I wanted to watch it to see what you had to say, but I watched most of it and found you talking only about married women :(
