I'm extremely healthy, have always exercised (lots of cardio), vitamins, very healthy food, etc., and my WBC has always been low-to-borderline low, and hasn't varied. So I consider my "low" WBC to be normal for me. I've looked into all the possible causes for low WBC, and none apply.

My white blood cell count is 11.5 and all my number's for neutrophils and basophils are in range but my lymphocytes are 4.5. What does that mean when its elevated like that but not overly out of range

Can you help me understand my result? My overall WBC count was low, but my absolute Neutrophil and lymphocyte count was normal. (Normal, but love normal). So if my absolute count was normal, why is my WBC level considered low?
