Although BM and the early formation of the Kami Band are from Japan, is fair to mention that the current Kami Band performing live in Europe and even in Japan before the tour started, are not from Japan and they're called Western Kami Band for a reason, in case you forgot their names, they are: - CJ Masciantonio and Chris Kelly on guitars. - Clint Tustin is the bassist. - Anthony Barone is on drums. Thanks for sharing this Joel.🦊🤘🔥
It also looks like they will be the band throughout the entire tour as Hideki's released schedule for the year doesn't include any Babymetal shows. At this point since Babymetal's return, the only shows the eastern Kami has played with Babymetal is the two Babymetal Returns concerts in January.
They are only on tour (as the opening act) with Sabaton in Europe. When they tour the US they will be touring with cartoon band (from over 10 years ago) Dethklok.
Yes, both are done by MEGMETAL, but then he's worked on a ton of other Babymetal songs including a lot of Metal Galaxy. Metalizm was also worked on by RYU-METAL which also has done quite a bit for Babymetal as well.
Lot's of eastern Indian influence in this one. But as I've written before, there's just too much production to where it becomes distracting. Still awesome in the BM way, though. Thx, Randy and Joel!
I think he's talking about Carolina Rebellion festival in 2016, the only time they played with Disturbed on the bill. They didn't play Florida that year. And i think he has their bass player, BOH, confused with someone else. ("John? Who the fuck is John?😂😂) He can't come to see you play in Austin cause he lives in Japan😂. Not making fun. I just think he's confused about who's who in Babymetal and location of where he's seen them.
Still on the fence over this one - drums and guitar are amazing at times - but it feels like there's a lot of dead space to me - and I find myself waiting for those guitar solos
