WHAT does the BIBLE SAY about EATING MEAT?? 

I used to hunt . For meat, no money coming in. I couldn't get food stamps and a child to feed . God was with us and some how we had food and our bills didn't get paid but nothing was cut off ! That spring i got a job and paid bills . If not for killing for meat don't now how we would have made it . God was with us !

My biggest problem is, people who hunt just for trophies, and not to be blessed, and feed the family.

I been hearing red meat is actually more nutrient dense. People should watch Dr Ken Berry Dr Anthony Chaffee and Professor Bart Kay and decide for themselves.

I think we have so much food available today, it's more than enough. In bible times they did not have this much available/had to hunt to just survive. My plan is to be vegetarian and eat local eggs mostly (watched Dr/berg's video what happens when we only eat eggs). The factory farming meat just makes me sick and it's abuse. Also they just put out lab grown meat in Israel which is probably all mrna filled. I feel like we have an abundance of food around us currently so I'm personally going to try and not harm anymore animals

My question is then why is this allowed given that these animals suffer when killed. I’m a Christian but struggling with this idea that God would allow animals to struggle in the wild. It makes sense for human pain and struggling because of the fall but why animals?

I had to stop the video at 1:48, because you inferred something that is simply _not_ in the text. Nowhere in Genesis 3 does it say that God killed an animal, it simply says that God made Adam and Eve tunics of skin. It doesn't even say what type of skin it was. Many Christians automatically conclude that God must have killed an animal to do that, but that's because they are reading those words through the lens of this fallen world and HUMAN ways (killing, hunting, death, none of those things were part of God's true intent for creation or part of the pre-fall world. Nor are they part of the world to come, when God restores that initial non-violent, non-predatory world that was HIS intent in the first place. See Isaiah 11:6-9, Isaiah 65:25, etc.) God's ways are not our ways. God doesn't have to kill an animal to create garments of skin. What actually happened? The text doesn't say. There are different views/ interpretations on that particular passage, not everyone automatically assumes that God killed an animal to clothe Adam and Eve, and it definitely does not mean it's OK for us to needlessly kill animals as if they were non-sentient objects, when there are other options available that don't involve needless killing and exploitation.

When we line animals up and let them watch each other get slaughtered, and crying and trying to resist. That’s cruel. Why is it that Bible the ground was cursed according to Genesis 3:17....please open your eyes and see that in the last days certain foods are preachesd as if the ground produces the best food. Eat Gods Word and live...don't be fixed on food is God's Word.

We became all vegetarians mainly because of the way the meat industry tortures animals 😭. I saw how cows fight before even entering the slaughterhouse, they're so scared and nervous 😢 You can clearly see the fear in their eyes. Same to pigs, they scream so loud, they can feel the pain ahead of time 😫. I couldn't be part of that cruel, heartless, inhumane business. I teach my kids values, so respect and love to all animals was one important value to teach them.

Eat meat at your own risk.

Eating meat is not sin. But God gave us a list of what meat is clean and what isn’t. We won’t be separated from God for eating bacon, but our bodies will react to in a health sense. Not immediate, but if it were a diet of bacon we will feel the affects. God just wants us to be healthy is all. But indeed no judgment onto people even if they do eat clean meat, just a stern warning that this is your health we are talking about.

God fed Israel not just manna but quail. And in Leviticus God tells you what kind of meat you are suppose to eat. You are correct about the chemicals and diseases but that is now happening with just about everything that can be consumed. There are so many recalls on vegetables and fruits. People are passing away from Listeria contamination on fruits and vegetables. At this point in time just pray that God Blesses whatever food people consume… which is what every Christian should do is give thanks to God for having something to eat.

Genesis 27:4 And make me savoury meat, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat; that my soul may bless thee before I die. Genesis 27:7 Bring me venison, and make me savoury meat, that I may eat, and bless thee before the Lord before my death. Exodus 16:12 I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel: speak unto them, saying, At even ye shall eat flesh, and in the morning ye shall be filled with bread; and ye shall know that I am the Lord your God. Exodus 29:32 And Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. Leviticus 11:1 And the Lord spake unto Moses and to Aaron, saying unto them, 2 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, These are the beasts which ye shall eat among all the beasts that are on the earth. it lists what animals you can and cannot eat from verses 3 to 47

What does the Bible say? It says this; 1. Corinthians 10:25 "Whatever in the meat-market is sold eat ye, not inquiring, because of the conscience..." Sold in where? In meat market. What ever is sold in meat market. And this was said to Greeks. So atleast greek dietary is ok.

Im sorry but if we believe in a God of miracles and a God who will provide then a justification to kill animals because of a lack of food is not a justification at all. Our country south Africa makes billions from wildlife hunting it is beyond oh we need to save the animal's and depopulate this is purely done for sport and mans need to feel powerful. These farmers breed these animals purely for hunting purposes so that foreigners can have a hunting experience , if you hunting to feed your family i think thats reasonable but you trying to justify your cruel act by saying you were helping the farmer. We have so many wildlife on the extinction list because of mans cruelty. I dont believe that the God we serve is pleased with how we are treating his animals and his planet we exploit animals and the planet to every extent of the word. Cause just like the bible says mans taste for flesh turned into greed which is exactly what is happening.

have you heard of dispensation/rightly dividing the word of truth? 2 Timothy 2:15 KJV - Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. bible verses are for different people at different time. we are Church age and what you are talking about is during Adam’s time. that works for them and not for us.

I eat meat and vegetables but I could never personally actually kill and hunt an animal myself and neither do I want to responsible for taking an animal's life. I ordered some chicken breast online recently and when it arrived it was warm which means the chicken had just been killed. I just lost my appetite and went to the room and cried

Read Leviticus 11:2-8. It speaks of clean and unclean animals, and which you may eat and not eat. You may eat the clean animals.

Huh, I always read it as though God gave them skin, as in, "our" skin. I'm not going to pretend I understood that further, but I also understand that they were able to "walk" with God, where as now, God is practically a world away from us, and we are in the devil's wotld for this time were in now.

Everything is a sin dude. Even your thoughts, that’s not what’s important, what’s important is what Jesus did for us on the cross, that’s what God wanted Christian’s to focus on more than SINS. Because we”re ALL sinners we are in a sinful world were it’s impossible not to sin all the time. That’s why Jesus shed his blood for us so we can live despite our sins if we believe in him. Not saying we shouldn’t be sorry about being a sinner, we should recognize it and admit it to ourselves and to Jesus, but that’s all that’s required. Thinking your somehow above it is a huge problem a lot of Christian’s have and fail to recognize when they cast stones and look down on others. You can’t avoid all sin no matter how hard you try but you if you want to drive yourself completely insane go ahead. But you ll never rise above it. Whether that’s eating things you shouldn’t, lusting after someone, lying, having impure thoughts, it all in all of us already

I think you have to analyze in term of there were "guilt of killing a living being" from all the religions and from the perspective of the scholars that wrote all religious text books relative to their cultures at the time. Foods weren't mass produced available abundantly in markets and not easily stored in home without method of refrigerant or caned foods. Method of transportations were not easily distributed very far. Smoked or sun dried foods were the most efficient method of preservations. Anyhow, the idea of asking followers to embark on none meat diet at the time where foods were hard to produce or find definitely was not appealing. However, "thou shall not kill" is universally commanded among all religions. On the other hand, "do not eat meat" is not universally commanded among all religions. Perhaps, the argument is that what wrong with eating roadkills since no one is asking anyone to kill the animal. It was killed by accident or another animal killed it and left part of it to be found. In today world, we have people doing the butchering for us. In a way, it takes away the guilt for not having to kill animal every day or week in order to survive. Imagine, if there is no fish cleaner or butcher allowed, how our lives would be like? Perhaps, this is the only way where we can see our hidden true selves. 😉. Wife asked, "Honey, next time when you slaughter an animal, please doing it in the backyard will you? How am I going to clean all the blood in the kitchen? Husband responded, "Well, last time when I did it in the backyard, our vegan neighbors were accusing us of animal cruelty" 😂 In my opinion, (1) eating meats is okay as long you don't do the killing. Let's someone else doing it for us. (2) if you have to eat meat, consider eating an animal that is big / large in size so that one large animal is sacrificing for many people where it is considered the most worthy sacrifice of all instead of sacrificing many small animals / critters just enough to feed one person.

No matter how they pump meat with hormones and antibiotics The Bible in Romans 14 says it’s a matter of your faith as to what you eat. One’s who faith is weak only eat vegetables If you have strong faith you know how to prayer over your food and eat. Getting distracted by this system of things and how they do this with the animals and that with the animals is pure lack of faith in God Romans 14 says “Who are you to judge somebody else’s servants” Meaning let them eat what they want and let God be the judge. He judges ppl to be weak in faith if they don’t feel free to eat everything.

Thankyou for speaking out about this issue as you never see any christians speak out on this ! I honestly think god wouldnt be ok with us supporting the current animal farming industry and would see it as cruel and inhumane most of us christians being ignorant to it ! and would ideally like us to find alternatives vegetarian , vegan , eggs from your back yard, hunting ect.

The vegetarians have already lost their case against us meat eaters 🤗🥳💕
