There's a good chance India might breakup but the problem even with it's breakup is the rapid islamization/Christianisation to create vassal statehood of existence. Nepal is cursed with on one part, the most useless population of India borders Nepal and Tibetian highlands serves little chance for a bigger population

I have some questions. 1) If one lady married with foreigner culturally and want to settle in Nepal with her child & husband, which type of citizenship her husband & child will get? 2) We are making provision to issue citizenship by descent to those child who father are unknown. We already know which type of lady doesn't know their husband. This provision mainly for either sex workers or lady involved in sexual intercourse forcefully or with mutual understanding, even in later case, I am sure that lady will be sure about his partner if sexual intercourse are made between only two rather than multiple. Now coming to main point, The lady married culturally & want to get settled in Nepal, then how & which citizenship will get their child as we are ready to give citizenship to the children of lady who herself unsure about his partner. This law itself will encourage sex industry in long run. 3) If husband is known but he refuses to give citizenship to the child, in that case, can citizenship issue directly from mother's name??? If not, in this case also, lady has to declare herself that her husband/partner is unknown. These things will create huge social problem. 4) What's about surrogacy? If anyone wishes to stay single but want to be single parent through surrogacy etc., Does our constitution allow this? if so, which type of citizenship, surrogate child will get??
