Funny thing about Clubstep for me, one of the reasons I chose it as my first demon was specifically cuz I didn’t want it to be the lightning road or the nightmare. Felt like those would’ve been the easy way out. Also I almost forgot deadlocked was considered a medium demon, and I feel like I should’ve known that given how much I like the level

I can't believe that Mastergame was excluded out of this, which has to be one of the most popular medium demons to beat as one's first. Meanwhile, speaking of minigames, my first ever demon was Phases by Insidious, which is in fact rated an *insane demon.* It was a very fun, not to mention surprisingly easy ride for me.

As someone who beat Magma Bound as my first insane demon, I can confirm I don’t exist.

My first demon was ISpyWithMyLittleEye. Honestly, just really loved the visuals and music so I grinded the level and never got tired of it. My eyes were never the same after that level… (my 2nd demon ever was the nightmare though :D)

I still think that my first demon shouldn't be a demon. I beat Brainfugd by Spu7nix almost immediately after it came out because it looked really cool and I'm into programming. I woke up the next day to see that it was rated as an easy demon despite the only thing you need to do to clear it is write a bit of code. Other than that, my first demon was Clubstep and yes it's because I like doing the main levels lol.

When I was trying to beat demons for the first time, I was looking for medium length easy demons, and when I found phjork, and saw that with LDM my little Kindle Fire could run it, I beat it in about 1500 attempts. Now I’m at 16 demons, with my most recent being Shiver by SpKale (75 attempts that level should be 8 star imo) and my next being Deadlocked, I’m improving really fast!

My first demon was "What is it" by Booglee. I remember when it was the weekly demon and I thought "eh I'll give it a shot". I made good progress so I kept trying and actually beat it. And since it was a weekly demon, I rebeat it normally and got 2 demons lol. My hardest and only medium demon atm is Ultra Violence

My first demon was The Lightning Road, and you’re kinda correct, while I didn’t specifically look up a top 10, I did hear lots of people say TLR and The Nightmare were the easiest demons, so after grinding both, I found TLR to be easier, as it’s reverse ships (my worst game mode) weren’t too bad and it didn’t feature the orb part right before the super easy ball part where Jax flashes his name in The Nightmare I seem to suck at I plan for my next 2 demons to be The Nightmare and Clubstep Edit: I beat BrainfuGD, but I searched up a video for 3 and 4, so I’m not too proud of myself, I’ll try to do the coins fair and by myself, no videos, but the ending cutscene was definitely cool

I don't know about official demons, but I think my first demon was The Hydragaryu, gets really consistent once you learn the beggining parts But my first insane demon is where it gets interesting: I've beaten Shapes and Beats a while after it got popular, it wasn't even hard to S rank. But literally like a week later, it got demoted to hard demon. After that I've beaten The Eschaton, my favorite level in this entire game. But what do you think happened? It got DEMOTED. After that, I've beaten Surgeragion, despite all the fails far into the level I've had a lot of fun, but what do you know? Hard demon. After that, my next target was Experiment 204 which despite the lag and awful hitboxes in the first part was fun. It got demoted. Now my ONLY insane demon is Game Time and I'm praying for it not to get demoted to a hard demon. I'm also getting far in Magma Bound if Game Time fails that's my next option

I think the only reason of why we think TOEII is easier because of more gameplay and variation that feels so predictable, and also some of the memory segments arent memory at all, for exanple the ball part before the second coin wave has color indications that are subtle but just enough to make it more of a regular ball part than for it to be a memory part, and also because of the easier to get coins, they are just way easier to get than clubstep's since you have a better chance having your second coin being a wave instead of a UFO since the wave is more flexible and gives you a way better understanding of what will happen, as for the ufo you just gutta pray that you didnt click too late/early, and you have better chances of your last coin being a cube rather than a tight mini ship since the cube coin having a better control rather than a ship that feels unexpected, thats why we think that parts like the ufo and ship parts are way harder since you need of a better control and understanding of the gamemode, as for the rest, cube: basically a no brainer, wave: has a predictable sudden movement and ball: you just change gravity

I completed the first three robtop demons not too long ago in chronological order, clubstep was my hardest due to sucking at ship and likely because it was my first real demon. For easy demons, apparently I had the Nightmare saved for a while but I chose to do ISpyWithMyLittleEye because the boss fight was actually pretty cool along with the creator putting a lot of thought when using the visual effects to increase the difficulty. The Nightmare was not that bad (this really should’ve only been rated harder) I just had use practice mode for 1-2 minutes for the janky transitions and ship clutter.

yeah the nightmare was my first demon and whats funny is that i beat it before time machine. if i remember it right my progression was doing theory of everything after jumper, then xstep, electroman adventures and then the nightmare. i want my 2015 to come back...

im trying to beat TOE III by Manix and ive got 72%. Recommend it totally as your first hard demon due to how balanced it is. It isnt either abnormally easier than the other hard demons, but still an easy hard demon

Started Nine Circles as my first hard demon a couple days ago. Am I good at wave? No, it's my second worst gamemode. And I play on mobile. Why am I doing this then? Great question! :) It's going surprisingly well though, actually! I'm starting to get consistent at basically all the wave parts except the first part of the mini, am fully consistent at the pre-drop and have a best of 56%

The Lightning Road was my first demon from back when I was an 11 year old playing on my iPad (and yes I did it because I saw the level in a youtube video). In retrospect, The Nightmare is probably easier because there's less memorization required, but some parts of The Lightning Road are straight up free (especially in the first half).

My first easy was The Lightning Road for the reason you stated. My first medium was Collab Level because I thought it would be a funny milestone. My first hard was Extreme Park because I have a huge memory. My first insane was Puzzle Trials because I have a huge memory--seriously, the gameplay is just medium demon difficulty. I haven't beaten any extremes yet. Also I almost forgot: My first official demon was Deadlocked, because I'm STILL horrible at the ship so I couldn't do Clubstep. I still can't beat Electrodynamix though.

My 10th demon is gonna be cataclysm because after 45k atts i have 40x2 41x1 and 45x1 and 39-100, also everything past the 40 ship is very easy compared to the first half so i am closer to beating it than most would think

my first demon was Clubstep because I wanted to beat all the main levels before dipping my toes into online levels. Now I'm trying my hand at Congregation, jumping from a hard demon called Tribal Tribulation. Currently have 75-100 down to it's looking pretty good tbf. I hate the wave gamemode and am more of a timings kinda guy so Congregation is basically perfect. Not to mention that ball is my favorite gamemode, cube is my second fav, and robot is my 3rd or 4th. Congregation was literally made for me, the oranges and blues coarse through my veins at night.

My first Easy Demon was Alphabet, and yeah, I used the secret way, but I rebeat it legit later. It was actually pretty fun. My first Hard Demon was Nine Circles, and yep, I suck at ship. My first Medium Demon was Sakupen Egg, I beat it after my hard demons, as I thought medium demons sucked, but this one was pretty fun. I'm trying for Stereo Demoness as my first Insane Demon. I already have 80%. The level is terrible, but something about that makes it super fun. I'm simultaneously trying to do Acu as my first extreme. Despite my insane attempt count, I'm really enjoying the level so far. I've got it in 4 runs with 57%. I do think that it's way easier than Cataclysm though. Mostly because of that silent mini wave at the beginning.

Just for the fun of it, what should be my first demon? I'd like to jump from 9 stars to insane-extreme because ranian did a big jump (bloodbath -> oblivion) and got an insane skill boost.

My first demon level was called permafrost Mountain You’ve probably never heard of it, but all you have to do is skip a robot portal and do a couple of frame perfect jumps, and then the level is auto from there

TOEII was my first easy demon. I remember i was so happy :D Clubstep part II was my first medium demon (if we don't count deadlocked) Dance massacre was my first hard demon. It took me so long (4504 attempts) Magma bound was my first (and only for now) insane demon. EASY AS SHIT Still haven't beaten extremes, but my first is probably gonna be acu.

Clubstep was my first demon, purely because I wanted to beat the main levels in order. I failed at that task, since I beat Blast Processing before Time Machine, but it was a valiant effort until I gave up. And it's a decent excuse, I guess.
