these are some lessons i’ve learned from being more in touch with nature and slowing down a little bit. pretty crazy what some houseplants and a couple of geckos can teach you.
Getting pets was the best thing i ever did for my mental health. I haven't had any since my dog passed two years ago and just got a trio of froggies a few weeks ago. The shift in my baseline mental state was pretty much immediate, kinda crazy. Certainly not for everyone but i definitely benefit a LOT from keeping plants and animals around me
